I have set up a new employee with the Evosus Mobile App, but for some reason when I sync data, everything goes ok, no error messages, but the jobs in the employees schedule do not appear on the screen.
This is a very common issue for tech schedules not showing up on mobile devices. Please make sure you have the tech associated to his own employee profile under Administration>Service And Delivery> General Setup>Techs> Open Tech Profile>Associated Employee should be same as tech.
