What do you do if the routing number on MICR checks is printing letters instead of special characters. Follow the steps below for terminal servers OR machines with local installs.
- Go to C:\Program Files(X86)\Evosus\Evosus Retail\Support Files
- Locate file IDAutomationMICR.otf
- Leave this window open.
- Go to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
- Drag file IDAutomationMICR.otf into C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.
If using local installs of Evosus, repeat steps 1 - 5 for each computer with a local install that will be printing MICR checks. This only needs to be done ONCE for terminal servers.
