Locations define where techs and managers work from - for example, Portland Service Center.
It is the starting point Evosus will use when mapping the service techs schedule for the day. If the tech starts work from their house in the morning, then you can set up a location with their address. You will associate that location to the tech and MapPoint will default their starting location on the map to the Location indicated in the tech’s profile.
Add New Location
- Open the Locations tab of the Administration screen (Administration > Service and Delivery > General Setup > Location).
- Click Add.
- Enter the Location Name (such as Corporate HQ, Warehouse or James’ House)
- Enter the address for this Location.
- Click OK to save.
