Use the Customer Audit Log (Customer > Open customer > More Options > Audit Log sub-tab) to see changes made to customer transactions - for example, transaction type, transaction date, status, amount, description, employee and store are available for review. Transaction Entry Date and Transaction Post Date are listed separately to help you determine if a transaction was backdated. Backdated transactions also turn blue.
