Use the My Leads button on the Employee tab of the main menu to see a list of your active leads (Employee > My Leads). An active lead is any new customer that you have entered or those that have been switched over to your responsibility.
- You can switch the time frame from Last 30 Days to the Last 3 Years, and with permissions you can view other employee leads.
- From this screen you can quickly view or add customer notes.
- By clicking Change Responsible Employee you can view/change the lead profile, Original Details, Interest Level, Customer Requests, and you can reassign the lead to another employee.
- This screen also provides the Customer Interest ID # and the date, time, and who created the lead.
