Details:

Use the Punch Timecard Detail Report to see a detailed list of timecard punches filtered by date, store, and/or employees (Administration > Timecards > Punch Timecard Detail Report).


Filters 

 - Accounting Period: Accounting periods are created, closed, and reopened using the Periods tab on the Accounting Setup screen (Administration > Accounting > General Setup > Accounting Periods).

 - Pay Period: Pay schedules are created and maintained using the Pay Scheduled screen (Administration > Timecards > General Setup > Pay Schedules), and they are assigned to employees the Timekeeper Setup screen (Administration > Timecards > General Setup > Timekeepers Setup).

 - Store: Select the stores to include on the report. Employees are associated with a store using the Timekeeper Setup screen (Administration > Timecards > General Setup > Timekeepers Setup > Select an employee > Store field).

 - Timekeepers: Select the timekeepers to include on the report.
