Evosus Mobile displays index - Undefined when Syncing. Not all or no tasks come to the phone.
Check your Site Profile & Service Repair Prompts, It's likely that there is a profile that exists but no prompts or attributes exist within that profile.
Check the Following Locations:
- Admin Tab/Mobile/General Set up/Mobile Service/Delivery Prompts
- Admin Tab/Mobile/General Set up/Site Profile Set up
In BOTH locations
Open each active profile and verify that:
- Mobile Service/Delivery Prompts actually have prompts existing in the field.
- Site Profile has Active Attributes & Per Visit Attributes
