Evosus software sends emails, but when an attachment (PDF) is sent with the email, the recipient is unable to open the attachment. We know that this can be frustrating, and we are sorry about the inconvenience.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING:
Microsoft has made an update to its software that we (Evosus) rely on for email and attachments. Unfortunately, this is something that is affecting thousands of software companies and businesses. The Evosus development team can NOT write code to prevent this from happening.
This is a known issue for Outlook and it is documented within their Knowledge Base for resolution. https://support.office.com/en-us/outlook
We suggest that your local IT company review and understand these guidelines, since they involve systems that are not managed by Evosus. They involve changes to Outlook, Outlook Address Book, and/or Exchange.
