Objective:

To understand the functionality of how photos will upload into Enterprise from mobile, dependent on how WiFi (or no WiFi) settings are configured. 

 - This is based on Mobile settings AND Evosus System Parameters.


Referenced below, you will find two separate examples of how to upload photos either using data or WIFI only. 


USING CELLULAR DATA - Mobile and Evosus System Parameters:

If your goal is to only use cellular data, you will need to configure your mobile app and set System Parameters to only upload photos using data. The two screens below indicate how that is done.

(NO WIFI) MOBILE SETTING:


(NO WIFI) EVOSUS SYSTEM PARAMETERS:


(WITH WIFI) Mobile and Evosus System Parameters:

If your goal is to only use WIFI, you will need to configure your mobile app and set System Parameters to only upload photos using WIFI. The two screens below indicate how that is done.


(WITH WIFI) MOBILE SETTING:


(WITH WIFI) EVOSUS SYSTEM PARAMETERS:


PICTURES WITH WIFI:

#1 You will arrive on the Task

#2 Then add pictures to the “arrived task”

#3 Depart from that Task

#4 Ensure technician is truly connected to WiFi

#5 Wait 10 minutes 

 - The photos will upload into Enterprise automatically - without having to click “Data Sync”

Example:

Adds Pictures>Depart at 10:30 AM
*waits 10 mins - after time elapsed, you should see a notification that pictures upload successfully.


- If the photos DO NOT upload, complete the remaining steps


#6 Go to the Photo Queue in the Hamburger Menu

#7 Toggle the circle turquoise button to the RIGHT - from here you can click "Upload Photos" (referenced in picture #2 Below)




PICTURES WITH CELL DATA:

#1 Arrive on the Task

#2 Add pictures to the “arrived task”

#3 Depart

(if you wait 10 minutes - pictures should auto upload from depart time)

 - If the photos DO NOT upload, complete the remaining steps

#4 Go to the Photo Queue in the Hamburger Menu

#5 Toggle the circle turquoise button to the RIGHT - from here you can click "Upload Photos" (referenced in picture #2 Below)


(Highlighted) This is the Photo tab on the Hamburger Menu. 
If you don't see this menu on the phone, simply click the 3 lines on the upper left hand corner of the app.


To reach this specific screen below, you must toggle the circle turquoise button to the RIGHT - from here you can "UPLOAD PHOTOS NOW".
