Step by Step:

Step 1: Log into LitmosStep 2: Click on Live Sessions. Here you will see a list of upcoming Webinars. 

Step 3: Locate the Webinar you wish to attend and click Register. This will bring you to a confirmation screen. 

Step 4: Click Register. You will receive an email confirmation asking you to accept the Google invite 

 - From this screen you have the option to Download Calendar, Exit, or Unregister - If you need to Unregister, you can do so anytime from this screen. You will be sent an email for confirmation. 



On the day of the Webinar:

Step 1: Log into Litmos. 

Step 2: Click on Live Sessions

Step 3: From here you will see the webinar schedule. Next to the course you have registered for, click on Learn More - You will see the following message:

"LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:Click the link below to access the webinar. Once you click the link you will be given a phone number to call to access the audio of the webinar. https://meetings.ringcentral.com/j/4034894283I look forward to speaking to you soon!"
Step 4: Simply click the link and follow the prompts. 

 - This will lead you to RingCentral. This is a website that will give you audio during the webinar
